TERMS & CONDITIONS

VISA and MASTERCARD accepted only in Euros.

Payments in USD accepted in cash only, with the daily rate.

Full payment is mandatory to secure your reservation.

In case of bad weather the trip will be rescheduled if possible, cancellation are only decided by the captain.

Physical passports are required for trips to Anguilla, and St. Barth

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation 30 days to 48hrs. prior to the charter date : Credit of 100% of the reservation available for 1 year.

Cancellation less than 48hrs. prior to the charter date : no refund nor credit possible.

Flight delay : Additional fees can occur depending on the reservation for any delay, per hours depayed.

Modification of the rental date : Additional fees can occur depending on our availability.
